How Do I Pay for an item(s)?

Art In Lamination provides Secure online Ordering.  Online purchases are quickly processed through PayPal's secure server checkout.  You will have the option to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or your PayPal account online.  All items on the Art In Lamination website are priced in US Dollars  United States Flag  if you are paying in other funds, please note that the exchange rate is based on the date of purchase and the current exchange rate of your Credit Card company. What if I can't find a print I want?

How much does it Cost to Ship Orders?

WE SHIP YOUR ORDER FREE on all orders over $75.00.  For all orders over $75.00 shipped within Canada and the Continental United States (not including Hawaii and Alaska)  we will ship your order for free.

For International (outside North America or Alaska and Hawaii) shipping costs please include the destination address of the shipment (City, Country and Postal Code) with your product inquiry.  We will promptly email you the shipping and handling charges.  Please note:  We can not ship to post office boxes only street addresses.

How do I know when my order will be shipped?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours verifying that we received your order and it is being processed.  Most orders will be ready to ship in 2 to 3 weeks from the time the order was placed.  The day your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation with an expected delivery day.  In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of items until the item(s) on backorder is completed and ship the entire order to you in one shipment.  Custom orders (images not shown on our site) may take 4 to 5 weeks to ship.

When you receive your order, please check the package over thoroughly and note any damage on the shippers weighbill.  Please Note: If there is damage to the package when received please email us immediately at support@artinlamination.com as any damages must be reported within 14 days of shipment date.

How long will my delivery take?

For orders within Canada and the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):

Once your order is shipped it will take approximately 2 to 10 days to receive your package depending on your location.  


For International Orders (including Alaska and Hawaii):

Once your order is shipped it will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks to receive your package depending on your location.


All orders are shipped/delivered only Monday - Friday.  Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

Please Note:  When you receive your order, please check the package over thoroughly and note any damage on the shippers weighbill.  Please Note: If there is damage to the package when received please email us immediatly at support@artinlamination.com  as any damages must be reported within 14 days of shipment date.

What is your return policy?

If you have placed an order online and would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at support@artinlamination.com.  We start processing orders within 48 hours, if the item(s) have not been shipped we will refund the total purchase cost on your credit card - less a 5% restocking fee. You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been cancelled.

If you receive your artwork and for some reason you are not happy with it (a good logical reason must be provided) you can return it at your cost for the shipping (please use the packaging that you received it in to ensure the product does not get damaged).  Once we have received your artwork and it is good condition we will refund your total price less a 15% re-stocking fee. 

 

How can I find out  when you add new images to your site?

Our Site will be updated with new images 3 to 4 times per year.  The new images can be seen under our New Releases section on our Site.

Do the images on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

We strive for a high degree of accuracy.  However, in some cases, the visual representation may be slightly different due to minor modifications that can occur between printing runs.

How accurate are the dimensions listed on your site?

Art In Lamination verifies the dimensions on our sight, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly.  Please note: the canvas transfer process does shrink the image approximately 1/4" to 1/2" from the original print size. 

Do I need a frame for my Canvas Transfer?

No, you do not need to frame your canvas transfer.  All our canvas transfers (unless you request unstretched) are stretched onto a wooden support frame called "stretcher bars" and ready to hang as is.  The edges of the stretcher bars are finished with your choice of black or white premium non-glare edge tape with a hanger on the back.  We do however, offer Artinlamination floater frames which are a perfect compliment to the rich canvas texture.

How do I hang my canvas transfer or plaque decor item?

All of our finished products arrive ready to hang.  All you need is a screw (with a drywall plug depending on your wall) inserted into your wall.  Our canvas transfers will have a sawtooth hanger on the back and our plaque decor products all have a routed keyhole slot in the back.

How do I clean my laminated canvas transfer or plaque decor product?

Our canvas transfers and plaque decor products all are laminated and very easy to clean.  You can use a damp cloth with mild soap and water or glass cleaner.

Can I express ship my order?

Yes you can have your order express shipped at an extra cost.  Please contact our customer support team at  support@artinlamination.com  to discuss the options available to you.  Include in your email the name of the artist and print(s) that you are interested in. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No we can not ship to a P.O. Box our shippers (couriers) must have a street address and postal code.

How will my package be shipped?

All items are carefully packaged in foam wrap and shipped in a sturdy box container to prevent damage during transport.  Artinlamination.com ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best possible service for our customers.

What is plaque mounting?

Plaque mounting is a process where your artwork (poster, print, photo etc.) is mounted and laminated onto a medium density fiberboard or MDF.  The edges are then beveled and painted with a color of your choice.

Why should I choose plaque mounting over conventional framing?

Plaque mounting is a more afordable  alternative to picture framing.  Unlike picture framing, because there is no glass involved, it is safe for use in  high-activity areas such as hallways, kid's rooms, kitchens, bathrooms home entertainment rooms.  It also has an an easy-to-clean surface.
